All acts of hazing or harassment, both physical and mental, shall be expressly prohibited.
B. A woman/man will not be subject to any act of hazing or harassment in connection with
or during initiation into membership in the fraternity and Sorority.
C. The Fraternity & Sorority does not consent to, condone, acquiesce in or tolerate
any act of hazing, harassment or humiliation in the Membership Intake Program; nor will the Sorority be responsible or liable
for any damages, claims or actions based upon the conduct of any individuals, groups or associations purporting to perform
any acts in the name of the fraternity and Sorority or purported to be in any way connected with initiation into membership
in the fraternity and Sorority.
D. A woman/man otherwise qualified for membership will not be denied membership into
the organization solely by reason of being related to a member of the organization.
E. Penalties:
- Any chapter violating any of the above delineated paragraphs will be penalized by:
- Denial of Membership Intake by the Regional Director with approval of the National President and the
National Executive Board, or by the National President with approval of the National Executive Board; or
- Suspension by the Regional Director with approval of the National President and the National Executive
Board, or by the National President with approval of the National Executive Board.
- Suspensions and/or denials of Membership Intake will be reported to the National Executive Board and
the Grand Chapter.
- POLICIES REGARDING HAZING, ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE
Each violation is subject
to fines, as detailed in the Code of Conduct, per member, in addition to personal suspension with concurrence of the National
President and the Regional Director.

is not sufficient to declare that Alpha Alpha Kappa fraternity Sorority is opposed to any acts of harassment or violence during
the Membership Intake Program or in the conduct of sorority business. Alpha Alpha Kappa, Inc. must assume an affirmative action
program that integrates the basic tenets of the individual value and the worth of each member into every facet of sorority

"Alcohol
and drug abuse have been proven to be physically and psychologically damaging to the individual. alpha alpha kappa, Inc. has
promoted projects and programs to educate the public to the dangers of excessive usage and has supported programs designed
to rehabilitate persons addicted to their use.
Alcohol and drug use in conjunction with membership and other procedures in alpha alpha
kappa will not be tolerated. Chapters are encouraged to continue to educate themselves on the consequences of alcohol and
drug abuse and to establish a moral climate in the organization that would discourage misuse."
